NETSCOUT completed the $2.3 billion acquisition of Danaher Corporation’s Communications Business in July 2015, significantly expanding the size and reach of our business.  We are publicly traded on NASDAQ: NTCT.

Our headquarters are located here in Westford.  We were founded 30 years ago by Anil Singhal, who remains the president, CEO and chairman of the board. Our more than 3000 employees are located in offices across the US, and India, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, China, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, and Australia.  We have a long tradition of supporting our communities and are proud of our employees who serve nonprofits around the world as volunteers and board members.
